Outdoor Address Plaque (2 layers)

Wood (stained to order) or Acrylic (black back layer, white front layer...other colors can be special-ordered).  Please private message if you'd like acrylic.  The wood is treated for covered outdoor use. Options for just name, just address, or both. Size is approx. 18"x11".  Hardware is not included. 
 I have two style signs to choose from that you can add your own text (last Name) and/or
your address. In addition you will receive two interchangeable icons that represent different Holiday and seasonal symbols, plus one letter that corresponds to the first letter of your last name. These icons allow you to update the
sign to match the season, holiday, or important event. Additional Icons are available for an extra charge ($7)
