CAN I USE MY ENGRAVED CUTTING BOARD?

All cutting boards and charcuterie boards receive an application of food-safe mineral oil.  While they are safe to use, we try to design them so that one side can be decoration and the other can be used with food. 
Wood cutting boards should always be washed by hand, never soaked in water or placed in the dishwasher. 
Protect the wood from extreme heat, cold, humidity and temperature variations.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Currently, we accept payment through Square and PayPal.  

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your product is damaged, we will do all we can to help you. A claim will need to be filed with USPS, so make sure to take good photos of the damage.  Please contact us immediately so that we can work on getting a new product to you and so that we can work together filing a claim with USPS.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of our products, most cannot be returned or refunded. Any personalized product must be paid for before we begin to customize the product. We do not accept returns nor issue refunds for personalized products.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We ask that you give us 10 business days to get your order in the mail.   Once it is in the hands of the USPS, we no longer have control regarding the time it takes in transit to make it to your home. If you require a product by a certain date, please feel free to contact us before you order to see if we can accommodate you.  Additional fees may apply.
